*Krystyna Skarbek, known professionally as Christine Granville, was a Polish agent for the British Special Operations Executive during World War II. Krystyna was the first female British agent to serve in the field and the longest serving of all British wartime female agents. She is described as very brave and very attractive, also known as Britain's "most glamorous spy". Skarbek was stabbed to death by an obsessed admirer in London in 1952.
